Youth Formation

Youth Formation—led by Rosemary Bogan, Director of Youth Ministries, Crandall Hillhouse, and many wonderful volunteers—is one of the strongest ministries at Holy Apostles, forming young people who know God’s love, the story of Jesus, and their call to serve God in neighbor, Creation, and self. On Sunday mornings at 9:30 a.m., youth explore Scripture and faith through Storymakers and an annual theme (such as The 8 Habits of Love or The River Under the River). Additionally, many of youth serve in worship as acolytes and lead music quarterly as the Generations Of Apostles Together Singing Choir (G.O.A.T.S. Choir). Throughout the school year, youth also gather after the 10:30 a.m. service for the Episcopal Youth Community (EYC), a time of fun, fellowship, spiritual growth, and service.
